Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from your purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund.
We currently do not provide return labels and cannot refund the shipping cost for your order.
🌍 Environmental Responsibility
We encourage selecting the right product to meet your needs to minimize returns, as many returned items are discarded due to high restocking costs, contributing to environmental issues. If unsure about a product, please contact us before purchasing.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items include:

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you and process the refund. Refund processing times vary:
- PayPal: Almost instant
- Credit cards: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
If the original payment method is unavailable, we'll issue a refund via PayPal after obtaining your details.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account, then contact your bank and credit card company as there might be processing delays. If the refund is still missing, contact us at support@maxyourmac.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you encounter a product issue, please contact support at support@maxyourmac.com for assistance and troubleshooting. Note that we cannot offer exchanges for items that have been opened. We'll guide you on the next steps based on the problem details.
Returning Items
Please contact us at support@maxyourmac.com before returning any item. You're responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing insurance for items over $75.
