Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At MaxYourMac, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your SSD upgrade for any reason, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Email support@maxyourmac.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive RMA Number: We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 hours
  3. Ship Product: Pack the item securely and ship to our return address with the RMA number visible
  4. Inspection: Once received, we'll inspect the product within 2 business days
  5. Refund: Approved returns will be refunded within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll arrange for a prepaid return label
  • Choose between replacement or full refund
  • Expedited shipping available for replacements

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Products with missing parts or accessories
  • Opened software or digital downloads

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear
  • PayPal refunds are typically instant
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when processed

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Warranty Claims

Products covered under our 1-year warranty follow a different process:

  • Contact warranty@maxyourmac.com with proof of purchase
  • Describe the issue in detail
  • We'll troubleshoot before approving a warranty return
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only

International Returns

For orders shipped internationally:

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Any customs or import duties are non-refundable
  • Returns may take longer to process
