Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at info@slimq.life to initiate a return
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive a return authorization number (RMA)
  4. Ship the item back to our designated warehouse
  5. Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product:

  • We cover all return shipping costs
  • You can choose a full refund or replacement
  • We expedite the replacement shipping at no extra cost

  • Change of mind/compatibility issues: Customer covers return shipping to our nearest warehouse
  • Wrong item shipped: We cover all shipping costs and expedite the correct item
