Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Return Process
- Contact our support team at info@slimq.life to initiate a return
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a return authorization number (RMA)
- Ship the item back to our designated warehouse
- Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product:
- We cover all return shipping costs
- You can choose a full refund or replacement
- We expedite the replacement shipping at no extra cost
